Who we are
This website is run by Sport Exhibitions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 05556320. Registered office: 10 Woodland End, Hull, England, HU4 6TP. Email: enquiries@carlmorris.co.uk. SOAR is sold under licence from Carl Morris.
Ordering
When you pay, our payment provider, Stripe, emails you a receipt. Your order is accepted, and a contract made, when that receipt is sent. Each order is for one copy, and we only deliver to UK addresses. For more than one copy, or delivery outside the UK, please order the Paperback or the Hardback from The Great British Bookshop.
Prices
SOAR costs £18.74 (paperback) or £28.74 (hardback), including £3.75 UK tracked postage. Prices are in pounds sterling. Sport Exhibitions Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we've made a mistake with a price, we'll tell you before posting your book, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Paying
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Revolut Pay at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Signed copies and personal messages
You can ask Carl to sign your copy, and to write a name or short message of your choice (up to 60 characters). Signed copies, and copies with a name or message, are made to order. Enter the name or message exactly as you want it written. You're responsible for the spelling you give us.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
See our Delivery & Returns page. In short: signed copies can't be returned if you change your mind; unsigned copies can be returned within 14 days; and if a book arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right.
Booking Carl to speak
Speaking bookings are covered by a separate booking agreement, which we send you when you book.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your legal rights as a consumer.
This website
All words, photos and logos on this website belong to Carl Morris or Sport Exhibitions Ltd, or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the website when you order is the one that applies to your order.
